University isn’t for everyone.

Apprenticeships are a great alternative for school and college leavers, and the construction industry is renowned for offering excellent options. We are proud to partner with School Outreach  University Outreach as part of our early talent programme.  This partnership helps us to connect with students to create positive pathways and employment for young people.  Engaging with over 100 local secondary schools and over 40 Universities to promote opportunities within the Construction industry.

  • The Prospects student website is a heart place to learn about different apprenticeship levels. 
  • The Rate My Apprenticeship website gives more advice on what apprenticeship schemes and programmes are available and how to apply.
